Now the design is a fact, we go in full preparation mode. From the acquisition of licenses to hiring contractors to accrediting sustainability certificates and literally preparing the plot for construction: everything is aimed at being ready for the actual building phase. This is also the moment to communicate the ins and outs of the project to a targeted professional audience, in order to attract the right investor.
